Zektor.io offers straightforward monthly pricing based on the resources you provision. No hidden fees, no bandwidth charges, no long-term contracts. Cancel anytime.

All prices on this page are net and exclude VAT. See VAT for how VAT is applied to your invoice.

PostgreSQL Pricing

All tiers run on shared vCPU. PostgreSQL 16, 17 and 18 are available on every tier.

What's included

• Automated daily backups with configurable retention
• Point-in-time recovery (PITR) via WAL archiving
• TLS encryption on all connections
• Real-time monitoring dashboard
• Branching support

Additional storage

Storage beyond your tier's included amount is billed at €0.15/GB per month, prorated daily.

Automatic storage scaling is opt-in per instance and disabled by default — see Limits & Quotas for how it behaves once enabled.

Valkey (Cache) Pricing

Valkey 8 and 9 are available on every tier.

VAT

Prices are net. VAT is added to your invoice based on where you are and whether you are a business:

To be zero-rated as an EU business, add your VAT ID to your account. It must pass validation against VIES — an unverified number is billed at the German rate.

How Billing Works

Monthly billing cycle

You are billed on the first of each month for the previous calendar month's usage. Your first invoice is generated at the end of your first full billing period.

Proration

If you create, upgrade, or delete an instance mid-month, costs are prorated to the day:

Daily cost = (Tier price / Days in month) x Days active

For example, if you create an AKPG-10 instance (€12/mo) on the 15th of a 30-day month, you pay:

(€12 / 30) x 15 = €6.00

The same applies when upgrading or downgrading — you pay for each tier only for the days you were on it.

Branch billing

Each branch is billed independently based on its own cluster size. Development branches can use a smaller (cheaper) tier than your production main branch.

Payment methods

Payments are processed via Mollie. Supported methods include:

• Credit and debit cards
• PayPal
• SEPA Direct Debit, iDEAL, Bancontact and other local European methods

Availability depends on your country. Setting up a payment method adds a €0.00 authorisation line to your invoice — it is not a charge.

Account credit

If you have account credit (from promotional offers or overpayment), it is automatically applied to your invoice total before your payment method is charged.
